How long does a termite inspection take?

At Termite Science, Inc. our full inspections take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the property.

Anything we find in the attic or in a subarea we take time stamped photos so you know it’s your home.

Our inspector will walk you around the perimeter of your home and go over all of their findings, show you pictures of the attic and subarea and then give you a price right then and there.

We always follow up with a emailed copy of the state report and contract with everything in writing within 48 hours.

How do I know if I have termites.

Termites are very small, and most of them spend their lives underground, which can make them hard to spot. However, they do leave behind tell-tale signs. If you notice any signs of termites, such as mud tubes, blisters in wood flooring, droppings (resembling sawdust or coffee grounds), discarded wings or hollow wood, you could very well have termites. Even if you don't see termites or evidence of termites, every homeowner should have their house inspected annually.
